Are your products suitable for Indian skin?

Yes. Our formulations are developed considering Indian climate, humidity, and common skin concerns such as tanning, oiliness, pigmentation, dehydration, and weakened skin barrier.

Are your products dermatologically tested?

Yes. Our products are developed following cosmetic safety standards and undergo quality testing before reaching customers.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes. JAIS Formula does not test finished products on animals.

Are your products suitable for men and women?

Absolutely. All JAIS Formula products are designed for every gender.

 

Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

  • Metro cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other cities: 3–7 business days
  • Remote locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary during holidays or unforeseen courier delays.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer Free Shipping on orders above ₹2,000.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can usually be cancelled before dispatch. Contact our customer support immediately after placing your order.

 

Returns & Refunds

Can I return skincare products?

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned.

What if I receive a damaged product?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order Number
  • Photos of the package
  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Unboxing video (recommended)

Our team will assist you with a replacement if eligible.

How long do refunds take?

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days.

Sunscreen

What SPF should I use daily?

Dermatologists generally recommend SPF 30 or higher for everyday protection. Our sunscreens provide SPF 50 with broad-spectrum UVA & UVB protection.

How much sunscreen should I apply?

Use approximately two finger lengths of sunscreen for your face and neck.

When should I reapply sunscreen?

Reapply every 2–3 hours when outdoors or after excessive sweating, swimming, or towel drying.

Can sunscreen be used indoors?

Yes. UVA rays penetrate glass, and blue light exposure from screens may also contribute to skin damage over time.

Does your sunscreen leave a white cast?

Our sunscreen formulations are designed to minimize white cast and provide a comfortable finish for Indian skin tones.

Can oily skin use sunscreen?

Yes. Oil-control formulations are especially suitable for oily and combination skin.

Moisturiser

Can oily skin use moisturiser?

Yes. Oily skin also requires hydration. Lightweight moisturisers help maintain a healthy skin barrier.

Can I use moisturiser twice daily?

Yes. Apply morning and night after cleansing.

Can I wear makeup over it?

Yes. The lightweight texture absorbs quickly and works well under makeup.

Is it suitable for acne-prone skin?

Yes. The lightweight formula contains ingredients like Niacinamide and Zinc PCA that help support balanced-looking skin. Individual results may vary.

Face Wash

How many times should I wash my face?

Twice daily — morning and evening — is sufficient for most people.

Will it dry my skin?

Our cleansers are formulated to cleanse effectively while helping maintain skin comfort.

Can teenagers use it?

Yes, unless advised otherwise by a dermatologist.

We formulate our products without intentionally adding parabens where applicable.

Do your products contain sulphates?

Selected cleansers use mild cleansing agents suitable for daily use.

Our products are formulated to be gentle, but we always recommend performing a patch test before first use.
